Pose Hair Design was created to offer a welcoming and professional salon experience for clients in Orange and surrounding areas. Built on a strong foundation of personalised service, our team of skilled stylists are committed to staying up to date with current trends, techniques and industry developments. An ongoing focus on learning allows us to deliver results that feel modern, tailored and suited to each individual.
Every appointment is approached with care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable, listened to and confident in the final result. With a positive salon culture and a genuine focus on customer experience, Pose Hair Design continues to provide dependable hair services for both everyday appointments and special occasions.
Founder and Director: Emerson
Welcome to Pose! I’m the founder of Pose Hair Design. Pose was first established in May 2020 in a small salon, renting a chair. I was overwhelmed with the number of clients and appointments I was receiving. The local support was fantastic, which gave me the confidence to purchase a larger salon in partnership with my mum, Tracey.
In May 2021, we purchased an existing salon and rebranded to establish Pose Hair Design. I love all aspects of hairdressing. My true passion is the blonde babes. My vision is to give our clients the Pose experience of feeling welcome and receiving 100 percent love and attention while in the salon. I want my customers to leave feeling happy and empowered.
I am very passionate about mentoring Pose’s apprentices and spend a great amount of time completing individual training with each apprentice.
Part Owner and Receptionist: Tracey
As a proud co-owner of Pose alongside my daughter Emerson, I take great joy in my role as the front-of-house representative. I love greeting our existing clients and welcoming new ones into our salon. My goal is to truly understand each client’s needs and desires, so I can expertly match them with the perfect stylist to achieve their dream look. Building a warm and inviting atmosphere is essential to me, and I'm dedicated to ensuring every client feels valued and excited about their experience at Pose.
Senior Stylist: Penny
With 12 years of hairdressing experience, I bring a genuine passion for all things hair — especially creating beautiful blondes and seamless balayage. Helping my clients feel confident and truly love their hair is what inspires me every day.
I’ve recently relocated to Orange with my partner, who’s a paramedic, and I’m absolutely loving settling into this wonderful community. It’s been such an exciting new chapter, both personally and professionally.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me baking fresh sourdough at home or spending time with my beloved ginger cat.
Senior Stylist: Nicole
With 10 years of experience in hairdressing, I specialise in creating lived-in colours that are perfect for busy mums, and I can't resist the allure of a bouncy blow-dry! I prioritise building genuine connections with my clients, as I believe it's essential to make them feel a little more confident in themselves. It’s this personal touch and the joy I bring to each appointment that truly makes me love my job.
Senior Stylist: Erin
I have been a passionate hairdresser for 5 years, specialising in stunning blonde transformations that leave my clients beaming with confidence. I believe in building strong friendships with my clients, and I truly cherish the connections I’ve made along the way. Since starting my apprenticeship, I have cultivated an amazing clientele, and I’m excited to continue creating beautiful looks and memorable experiences together!
Senior Stylist: Ava
With 5 years of experience in hairdressing, I began my journey as an apprentice at Pose and have since established myself as the queen of balayage. I have a true passion for transforming hair, particularly when it comes to creating stunning blonde looks. My goal is to empower clients by enhancing their natural beauty, ensuring they leave my chair feeling happy and confident. I love witnessing the joy that a great hairstyle can bring!
Senior Stylist: Claire
With 4 years of experience in hairdressing, I have a passion for keratin treatments and blonde services. I truly enjoy meeting new clients and collaborating with them on their unique hair journeys, fostering trust and respect every step of the way. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and excited about their transformations!
Senior Stylist: Taya
As a senior hairstylist with three years of experience, I am passionate about enhancing beauty through personalised hair designs I enjoy working closely with clients to achieve their hair goals. I thrive on creativity and love helping individuals feel confident and empowered through their transformations. With a focus on building lasting relationships, I aim to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone who sits in my chair.
Emerging Stylist: Sophie
I'm Sophie and I’m so excited to be starting my career as a hairdresser here at Pose! I’ve been in the industry for about a year now, and I’m absolutely loving every moment of being in the salon.
I’m learning something new every single day – from colouring and styling, to looking after clients and making sure they feel cared for. I really enjoy being part of a busy, creative environment and I can’t wait to keep growing my skills with the amazing team around me.
I’m passionate about giving every client a positive experience, whether it’s a warm welcome, a great coffee, or helping with little details that make a big difference. I love being in the salon atmosphere and I’m excited for the journey ahead as I continue to learn and develop into a fully qualified stylist.
